Welcoming our 2022-23 cohort

The Low Carbon Accelerator program comprises of three stages: Stage One (Bootcamp), Stage Two (Growth Lab), and Stage Three (Proof of Concept).

The inaugural Low Carbon Accelerator bootcamp was hosted on 4 and 5 October 2022.

Twenty-two innovative low carbon companies were invited to Bootcamp and formally commence their Low Carbon Accelerator journey.

  • ElectroClear by Engineroom Infrastructure Consulting (t/as Clean and Recover) is helping to reduce carbon emissions from mine sites with unique technology allowing a low carbon way to neutralise waste.

  • givvable is an AI-Powered Supplier Sustainability & ESG Tracking Platform.

  • With the first ever reduced carbon, high performance cement products, GreenTech Cement is ready to help the construction industry build a better future for Queensland with carbon reduced, high performance cement products.

  • Laughing Jim is the first biofertiliser to withstand the salt and high humidity of Australian soils; the unique fertiliser destroys harmful pathogens and provides nutrients to plants without damaging soils providing a more carbon neutral alternative than traditional fertilisers.

  • Bloom Impact Investing has developed a new investing technology platform allowing individuals to invest in renewable energy projects and innovative climate impact companies directly from their mobile, with as little as $100.

  • Altas Soils uses new low-carbon technology to convert business and disaster waste into clean, usable topsoil, helping Australia grow.
